There is little doubt that South Australia will not be able to occupy a commanding space in the commodity supply chain, primarily because of its size. While we can participate in the commodity markets there is an opportunity in South Australia to pursue something different and special, making this plan’s focus about differentiation and identifying what makes SA both separate and unique.
The dairy farmer in South Australia produces their milk in a near pristine environment with farmers’ properties presenting to the world a splendid visage of contented cows producing the best milk in the world on farms that belong on postcards. This is a simple image to convey because it is true.
